Grapeseed oil, Vitamin E, Citrus limon (Lemon) peel oil, Eucalyptus globulus leaf oil, Myrtus communis* (Myrtle) oil, Origanum majorana (Marjoram) leaf oil, Pinus sylvestris (Pine) leaf oil, Eucalyptus radiata leaf oil, Eucalyptus citriodora leaf oil, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) oil, Cupressus sempervirens (Cypress) leaf/nut/stem oil, Picea Mariana (Black spruce) leaf oil, Mentha piperita (Peppermint) oil, Cinnamomum camphora (Ravintsara), Citrus limon (lemon), Gaultheria procumbens (wintergreen), Mentha piperita (peppermint) and Eucalyptus radiata.

Roll it generously on forehead, nose bridge, behind neck and ears. Apply on chest to ease breathing, Roll it on palm, cup your hands and inhale deeply as surges comes. Inhale for minimum 8 seconds and exhale long with mouth open.
